Online Consultation -Refund/ Return/ Cancellation

In case of online consultation, a patient will be eligible to raise a request for Refund only in case the consultation query is not replied within 24hrs of appointment confirmation or if patient do not wish to reschedule the appointment at all. In case of any single interaction with the doctor, no refund will be given & it will be considered as consultation done.
